Philosophy

I, Susan Vaillancourt, am an independent practitioner who owns and operates SV Communications -- a strategic communications firm with a focus on public relations and marketing communications. During my career, which spans more than a decade, I have acquired a unique set of expertise that enable me to provide you with the highest caliber communications services.

Because of the solid relationships I have developed during my years in business, I have access to a network of seasoned professionals in other disciplines with whom I can collaborate on your behalf. This business model allows me to provide you with a la carte services or a complete package, whichever you prefer. It also enables me to avoid significant overhead costs and ultimately pass my savings along to you in the form of high-quality services at reasonable prices. I am committed to building and maintaining solid partnerships with my clients, with an overriding goal of exceeding your communications needs and expectations.

SV Communications offers flexible billing options based on your preferences. I can provide services at a fixed hourly rate; base costs on the duration and complexity of a project; or, I can determine a monthly retainer that extends over a longer period of time and includes a fixed subset of services.
